Operational Quality Responsible / Quality Specialist

Ideal Candidate

The role holder will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality in accordance with customer requirements and the company’s Quality Management System.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in a technical field;
• Previous experience in a similar role;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Fluent in English;
• Experience in sheet‑metal processing is an advantage;
• Knowledge of quality management tools (FMEA, PPAP, etc.);
• Familiar with quality documentation (Control Plan, 8D, etc.);
• Understanding of quality improvement methodologies (corrective actions, 8D, root‑cause analysis, 5WHY, Ishikawa, etc.);
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification is an advantage;
• Willing to take an active role on the shop floor to implement and verify quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the analysis of internal and external complaints, including data analysis, proposing corrective actions, ensuring implementation, and verifying effectiveness;
• Prepare and provide monthly quality reports and documentation to local management;
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with all departments to support company objectives;
• Take the lead in conducting internal and external certification and customer audits;
• Coordinate and support sorting activities for nonconforming or suspect products;
• Assist all departments in reducing nonconformity rates through problem‑solving, analysis, and evaluation of improvement effectiveness;
• Deliver training sessions related to quality requirements;
• Maintain diligent follow‑up on customer portals and ensure accurate and timely updates — avoiding long‑pending topics;
• Manage the team within the Quality Department, ensuring clear task allocation, role responsibility, and establishing a capable back‑up system;
• Provide leadership in quality data registration, reporting, and archiving of quality documents;
• Ensure proactive communication with the Group Quality Manager and keep ERP data for external nonconformities updated.
