Candidatul Ideal
- Scientific degree (BSc/MSc) in the field of industrial engineering;
- First job experience (1-2 years) preferably in the consultancy business or high technology industry;
- Expert level in Microsoft office applications especially Power Point and Excel;
- Strong organizational skills combined with effective communication skills and a high level of proactiveness;
- Team player who likes to interact with other departments across all hierarchy levels;
- Good analytical skill and first experience with business process analysis;
- Fluent in Romanian and English.

- Supporting the project management in all areas of preparation, operational implementation and execution of project measures;
- Support the development of decision templates, presentations, reports, evaluations or other documentation and in conducting workshops and trainings (including preparation and follow-up) and in developing solution approaches;
- Independently manage the consolidation and preparation of regular reports to the board of directors and share holders;
- Support our company executives and general management in bundling of administrative PMO activities such as budget and resource planning, resource coordination with in-house units;
- Structuring and analyzing data and perform research tasks and detailed analysis for specific topics;
- Supporting activities within projects from planning to implementation such as master planning, acceptance processes and status reporting.
