Utilities Project Manager

• Education: relevant university degree in construction, engineering or equivalent
• Experience PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex construction projects. Experience or equivalent supporting the delivery of a range of PMO and Project Controls services within the construction sector and/or management consultancy.

• Working with a team of engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Managing the project budget, schedule, and scope, overseeing the work of the project team and ensuring that all project deliverables are met,
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and communicating project status and progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitates and drives periodic reporting
• Accountable for developing and managing Baseline (scope, time, cost, risk, assumptions) and subsequent delivery performance, change and contingency monitoring.
• Contributes to the development of Quantitively Analysis (cost and time).
