Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production/workshop management
- Experience in metal material processing; coating process knowledge is an advantage
- Good computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and decision-making skills
- Solid understanding of production, quality, cost, and safety management principles
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Problem-solving mindset and strong execution abilitiesHigh sense of responsibility, discipline, and professionalism
Descrierea jobului
- Oversee daily operations of all workshops to ensure smooth and stable production
- Organize production activities and allocate manpower and equipment based on production plans
- Manage on-site issues, ensuring timely resolution and cross-department coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S practices, and fire protection requirements
- Lead, train, and evaluate workshop staff performance
- Implement production processes, work instructions, and new product trials
- Collaborate with Quality team to maintain and improve product quality
- Coordinate with HR on attendance, personnel administration, and related processes
- Optimize production flow, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety of materials (including chemicals)
- Monitor equipment safety and ensure proper maintenance and reporting
- Identify risks, implement preventive measures, and manage emergency situations
- Enforce EPI usage and workplace safety standards
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer standards
