• High school diploma or higher
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production/workshop management
• Experience in metal material processing; coating process knowledge is an advantage
• Good computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, coordination, and decision-making skills
• Solid understanding of production, quality, cost, and safety management principles
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
• Problem-solving mindset and strong execution abilitiesHigh sense of responsibility, discipline, and professionalism

• Oversee daily operations of all workshops to ensure smooth and stable production
• Organize production activities and allocate manpower and equipment based on production plans
• Manage on-site issues, ensuring timely resolution and cross-department coordination
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S practices, and fire protection requirements
• Lead, train, and evaluate workshop staff performance
• Implement production processes, work instructions, and new product trials
• Collaborate with Quality team to maintain and improve product quality
• Coordinate with HR on attendance, personnel administration, and related processes
• Optimize production flow, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety of materials (including chemicals)
• Monitor equipment safety and ensure proper maintenance and reporting
• Identify risks, implement preventive measures, and manage emergency situations
• Enforce EPI usage and workplace safety standards
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer standards
