As a Junior Product Manager, you'll help shape the future of our products. You will fuel the growth of our charter, group, and circuit operations by supporting high-impact development and implementation strategies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Previous experience in the travel industry or a similar role is considered a distinct advantage;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing and Sales teams;
- A keen interest in and basic understanding of the travel market, including current trends and the competitive landscape;
- Ability to assist in developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive product performance;
- Foundational analytical skills to evaluate performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive the expansion of charter, group, and tour operations;
- Provide end-to-end support for all operations, including booking management, preparing flight manifests, and coordinating hotel reservation lists;
- Communicate effectively with the Marketing department to synchronize efforts and maximize product visibility in the market;
- Assist the sales support team in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key business partners;
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to continuously adapt our products to evolving market needs and preferences;
- Analyze performance data and identify optimization opportunities to ensure the sustained success of our product portfolio.
