We are looking for an iGaming Product Specialist, who will play a crucial role in the development of the portfolio of online games and the player experience. As a Product Specialist you’ll have a significant contribution in refining processes, as well as in defining the roadmap. You’ll guard the high standards of delivery and report your feedback internally to all impacted team members

Requirements
minimum 5 years’ experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in a product or customer-facing role
extensive knowledge of casino games, specifically slots and live casino
eager to understand the product and constantly improve it
great organizational and prioritization skills
previous collaboration with development teams (and/or have basic knowledge of web technologies)
analytical skills and comfortable working with data
experience in working with Jira or similar tools
fluent in English (spoken and written)
university graduate
You will be responsible for:
Constant collaboration with game providers, account managers and the product management team
Coordinating new game provider integrations
Collaborating closely with development and QA team
Managing game settings, limits and perform periodical review and updates
Assisting the operations team with custom requests or relevant information from the game providers
Performing regular market research and competitive benchmarking of competition
Devising processes in order to automate recurring activities and helping refine existing processes
Actively collaborating, sharing ideas and best practices with the other professionals in the product team
Analyzing and proposing prioritization of activities based on business requirements
Other gaming product related tasks and special projects
Generating and assessing end of month reports
