Candidatul Ideal

Education/Training:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, or Communications
Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administration, coordination, or support role
  • Experience in data management, documentation, and reporting
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and GDPR
  • Experience operating an ERP system is a significant advantage
Language Skills: intermediate English skills required
IT Skills:
  • Advanced MS Office user
  • Knowledge of HR ERP systems
Others:
  • Ability to handle requests autonomously, without direct supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and an internal customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work with high attention to detail while maintaining data accuracy
  • Ability to identify problems and quickly find administrative or technical solutions

Descrierea jobului

Personnel Records & Document Administration
  • End-to-end personnel document management: drafting employment documents (contracts, addendums, job descriptions, etc.) and updating records throughout the employment lifecycle (salary adjustments, role changes, transfers)
  • Maintain and update employee records in SAP HR and ReviSal: you will ensure full compliance with legal deadlines and oversee the accurate submission of data to the Labor Inspectorate (ITM)
My HR Platform Management
  • Manage and optimize My HR platform content while overseeing the "Self-Service" module, providing dedicated support to employees via the platform
HR Direct – Autonomous Case Management
  • Independently managing and resolving employee requests through the HR ticketing platform, including: issuing employment certificates/letters, clarifying payslip, time-tracking application and handling various other HR inquiries
New Hire Onboarding
  • Manages the new hire document lifecycle, collaborates with the HSE responsible to schedule medical exams, and manages the onboarding process
  • Prepare the welcome kits: managing orders, updating content, distributing kits, and issuing employee ID badges; monitoring probationary period evaluations and sending notifications when necessary
Archiving & Communication
  • Manage physical and digital records: you will scan, index, and upload personnel documents into the electronic archiving system (SAP), ensuring all files are organized and easily accessible
