Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager/HR Director in industrial or production companies
Advanced English language (written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of Romanian labour law and HR best practices
Proven track record in managing large teams and driving change in complex environments
Experience with blue-collar and white-collar workforce challenges
Strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills
Able to work independently and handle pressure
Romanian citizen, preferably based in the South-West region (not mandatory)

Job Purpose
Manage the HR function in a production environment. Build and implement effective HR strategies that support business goals, improve employee performance and engagement and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the HR department
Building and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives
Ensuring legal compliance with Romanian labour law and internal policies of the company
Overseeing payroll, recruitment, training, performance management and retention for all levels
Developping internal communication and employee engagement strategies
Supporting plant managers/directors and department heads with workforce planning and conflict resolution
Handling disciplinary actions and restructuring processes when needed
Monitoring HR KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management
Coordinating payroll, compensation and benefits
Participating in the negotiation of the collective labor agreement
Maintaining the relation with Union(s), labor institutions, immigration office, etc
Together with Human Resources Specialist, maintaining the relationship with the Immigration Office in order to obtain work permits
Coordinating events held at the company level (Company Day, Christmas party, team buildings etc)
