- Successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in industrial or investment controlling
- Confident handling of ERP systems (e.g. DATEV, LucaNet) and the MS Office suite
- Conscientious, independent, and systematic working style with a results-oriented and committed approach
- High standards of confidentiality and loyalty
- Business-fluent in English (written and spoken). German desirable but not mandatory
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills

Your Tasks:
- Conduct detailed financial analyses and commentaries on business developments and derive concrete action recommendations
- Optimize and further develop our existing controlling approaches, tools, and processes
- Support our portfolio companies in reporting and planning
- Continuously monitor the financial performance of portfolio companies and identify risks and opportunities early.
- Prepare, review and comment on ad-hoc and variance analyses
- Contribute to strategy development and M&A projects
- Prepare and take responsibility for reporting to shareholders

GRENZEBACH ROMANIA is the preferred engineering and solution provider for the float glass manufacturers with special focus on the tin bath and annealing sections of the process.
For more than 55 years, our aim has been to develop high level solutions for thermal treatment of glass including research, design, construction and maintenance.
These solutions will continue to contribute to maximize the thermal part of the manufacturing process and to secure the successful introduction of new products by existing and new customers.
GRENZEBACH ROMANIA designs and delivers independently working machines with their own controls and delivers complete annealing lehrs with all the necessary power and control cabinets for drives, cooling, heating, valves, control devices and DCS.
The company has sites in Belgium, Germany, Romania, and China and has already been involved in equipping more than 300 float glass production lines around the world.
Our design office has both mechanical and electrical design engineers.
