Your role
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.
Optimize operational workflows and implement internal procedures.
Recruit, train, and motivate the F&B team.
Manage budgets, cost control, and performance KPIs.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers; negotiate contracts.
Ensure high guest satisfaction and handle feedback proactively.
Support the development of menus, promotions, and revenue-driving strategies.
