Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Relevant HSE experience, ideally in an operational or project-based environment; international exposure is a plus.
- HSE-related certifications (Safety, Emergency Management, Environmental) are an advantage.
- Advanced English proficiency; German language skills are a plus.
- Valid Category B driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, domestically and/or internationally.

HSE Policy & Compliance
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSE policies, procedures, and systems in line with Romanian legislation, client requirements, and internal standards.
- Prepare and contribute to monthly and annual HSE reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- Conduct occupational health and safety risk assessments and hazard analyses for job roles, activities, and processes.
- Review and support approval of personal protective equipment (PPE) proposals in line with Construction Department input and HSE requirements.
- Participate in HSE incident investigations, supporting root cause analysis and the timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify operational HSE training needs and support the development and delivery of internal HSE training programs.
- Deliver HSE induction training and ongoing safety awareness sessions for employees.
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of emergency response drills.
- Maintain and update emergency response documentation, including the emergency response plan, annual training plan, thematic plans, and evacuation plan.
- Participate in internal HSE audits and inspections to verify compliance with procedures and regulations.
- Track corrective and preventive actions and follow up on their timely closure
