We are looking for O&M Engineer to join our technical team and ensure the stable and efficient operation of our application systems.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily O&M of application systems to ensure stable operation.
2. Monitor and analyze application performance, identify and resolve system issues.
3. Assist in deployment and upgrade of application systems to ensure smooth transition.
4. Maintain O&M documentation, record system changes and operation manuals.
5. Provide technical support to resolve technical issues raised by customers and internal teams.
6. Assist in system health checks, prevent potential risks and propose improvement suggestions.
7. Collaborate with development teams to support development and testing environments.Education:
1. Associate degree (or overseas equivalent) or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related fields.
Work Experience:
1. At least 1+ years of application O&M or system management experience.
2. Experience in large enterprises or multinational companies is preferred.
Certifications:
1. Familiar with ITIL framework and application O&M best practices.
2. Relevant technical certifications (e.g., RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, etc.) are preferred.
Skills:
1. Familiar with common O&M tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana) and automation technologies (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef), with system troubleshooting and performance optimization capabilities.
2. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Shell) is preferred.
3. Database management experience (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
4. Good communication and collaboration skills to work closely with development and other technical teams.
Language:
1. Fluent English communication skills for professional verbal and written communication.
2. Chinese or other foreign language skills will be plus, are considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
