Customer Support with Polish

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat, email, phone calls, and social media channels (you will not handle all channels simultaneously).
Provide guidance and support regarding product functionality, technical issues, and service-related questions.
Engage with customers who may reach out not only for specific issues, but also for general communication or to express concerns.
Achieve individual performance targets and actively contribute to overall team and departmental customer service goals.
