Prompt response to customer inquiries via online chats, email, calls and social media, no worries, you will not handle all of them in the same time!
Providing consultations on functionality, technical issues, and service aspects. Customers may also contact you without a specific question, just for communication or expressing concerns
Achieving personal performance targets and contributing to departmental customer service goals
What we offer you:
⏰ Stable work schedule, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00.
For the German role: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00, with Saturday shifts based on a rotating schedule; and compensatory day off.
Motivating performance bonus package that rewards involvement and results;

📍Accessible location in Bucharest: Sema Parc, Bruxell Building – just a few steps from Petrache Poenaru metro station
