Romanian company founded in 2021, Freshful by eMAG is the first 100% online hypermarket in Romania, with a variety of over 20,000 food products and FMCG goods from local and international producers. Our goal? Let's give people more time for the things that really matter with an express or scheduled delivery service of a full basket of everyday shopping, from fresh and frozen goodies to household items.

From the 10,000 m² warehouse, divided into temperature-controlled zones, Freshful orders are delivered by refrigerated trucks to the customer's door, 7 days a week, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Workforce Management Specialist
Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel skills required (ability to write formulas, link files, pivot tables, etc.);
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities;
  • Comprehensive understanding of workforce management;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills ;
  • Well organized and detail oriented;
  • Ability to understand, interpret and explain complex data and production metrics in the simplest of terms to any audience.Educated to degree standard or equivalent.

Main responsibilities:
  • Manages daily/monthly employee schedules for the couriers and ensures that the reports are sent, on time to the HR department;
  • Maintain daily contact with the Transport Coordinators regarding the couriers`s activity and their needs regarding new employees and resources couriers and the need for resources;
  • Creation and maintenance of schedules for Transportation department;
  • Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to respond to unexpected absences or changes in workload;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs based on workload and operational requirements.
  • Compile summarize and disseminate various reports including, but not limited to, volume, efficiency, production hours, daily performance summaries, etc.
  • Manage time-off requests and schedule adjustments, balancing the needs of the workforce with operational demands;
  • Offer direction in real time of staff movements to ensure maximum efficiency while optimizing service and cost;
  • Ad Hoc analysis;
