Warehouse Operator

Terma Space Romania is looking for a Warehouse Operator responsible for organizing and managing the flow of materials, equipment, and products within the production area and the warehouse. The role ensures accurate receiving of goods, proper inventory management, preparation of outgoing shipments and maintaining an organized and efficient storage and production environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize storage space and maintain efficient production areas organization
• Organize tools, equipment, and materials on designated shelves and storage locations
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production and storage areas
• Ensure clear labeling and identification of materials
• Monitor equipment condition and report damaged or missing items
• Receive deliveries from suppliers and verify delivery documents
• Check received materials against documentation for quantity and quality. Report discrepancies, damaged, or missing items
• Register incoming materials in the inventory system and store them in designated locations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
• Update stock levels and ensure high inventory accuracy
• Perform periodic inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Monitor minimum stock levels and notify the team when replenishment is needed
• Ensure proper stock rotation practices (FIFO / FEFO where applicable)
• Prepare materials, equipment, and products for shipment
• Pack and label shipments according to transport requirements
• Prepare or verify shipping documentation
• Coordinate shipments with courier or transport providers.
• Maintain records of outgoing shipments
• Collaborate with technical, engineering, and administrative teams.
• Follow internal procedures and safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory.
• Reliability and accountability.
• Good planning and prioritization abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic to intermediate English language skills (reading and understanding documentation, communication with international teams
