Warehouse Manager

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the warehouse team (Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators).
• Ensure full inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counting and stock reconciliation processes.
• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and line feeding.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and material flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, 5S standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity, space utilization) and implement improvement actions.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and transport time windows.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ERP systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Evaluates, trains, and develops subordinate personnel.
• Proposes and implements measures to improve and streamline warehouse operations.
