WAREHOUSE MANAGER, WAREHOUSE WORKER

Previous experience in pool and SPA equipment sales, distribution, installation, etc.

- Proven experience in stock control and inventory management in a warehouse or distribution environment.

- Experience in a similar position or coordinating a team.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficient in using warehouse software and inventory hardware.

- Forklift operator skills.

- Solid understanding of stock inventory principles, procedures, and best practices.

- Be responsible for managing and overseeing the stock operation. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and availability of stock, contributing to the overall success of the operation.

- Be responsible for a warehouse operatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and development.

- Implement and enforce stock procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Monitor and maintain stock levels and accuracy through regular cycle counts, investigations, and reconciliation.


We are an European company in the import and distribution of swimming pool equipment, SPA parts and supplies, and related outdoor living products.
We are serving three principal markets:
- Remodelers and builders installing new swimming pools and refurbishing existing pools
- Independent specialty retail stores selling outdoor living products to consumers
- Service companies performing pool and hot tub maintenance and repair.


- Collaborate with other departments, such as import, sales and finance to optimise stock levels, minimise stock discrepancies, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of stock transactions, including receipt, storage, pick, and dispatch.

- To ensure all aspects of the warehouse/stores function are complete on a day to day basis.

- Support the logistics team in ensuring that deliveries allocated are loaded and prepared for the day’s deliveries.

- Ensure all goods in/out are booked onto the appropriate system.

- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.

- Ordering goods.

- To produce a daily manifest for items for dispatch as and when required.
