We are currently looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist for our location in Gruiu, Ilfov, Romania.
Purpose:
The Warehouse and Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods. This role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, monitors inventory levels and ensures that all logistics activities are carried out safely, accurately and on time.

- University – electronics, electromechanics or technical studies
- Proven track record in a similar position;
- English – Advanced / Intermediate
- SAP Warehouse Management (WM)
- MS 365
- Good communication and organization skills
- Strong attitude for teamwork, interpersonal skills and problem solving

Main responsabilities:
- SAP transactions (warehouse) - SAP key user for warehouse
- Manage daily cycle count & annual inventory - responsible to maintain high accuracy level of stocks SAP vs physical,
- Daily verification of SAP errors on the materials, identify root causes and define countermeasures
- Trainer for all warehouse operators on SAP transactions
- Ensuring compliance of customs processes with national and international legislation
- Active participation in projects to optimize customs processes and digitize document flows
- Responsible for the correctness and content of data according to Romanian customs legislation, the Customs Code and the Fiscal Code for import-export operations, as well as for intra-community operations
- Implementation of e-Transport requirements to ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials in accordance with the new regulations
Education and skills:
- University – electronics, electromechanics or technical studies
