Commercial Project Manager - Bacau

•Bachelor’s degree in Economics is considered an advantage 
•Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) 
•Good command of English (written and spoken)   
•Knowledge of AS400 operation is considered an advantage  
•Familiarity with project planning and coordination in collaboration with technical and site teams  
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and results orientation, ability to work with strict deadlines  
•Autonomy and professional responsibility  
•Integrity and rigor in handling financial data  
•Solid understanding of cost control, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting for construction projects and knowledge of contract management are considered an advantage 

•Verification, approval, and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures; software: AS4U / Invoice4U 
•Issuance of invoices to clients and other contracting parties; software: AS4U / Invoice4U 
•Participation in negotiations for subcontracts, supply contracts, purchase orders, service contracts, and other agreements according to internal procedures; drafting and preparing contract award proposals, contracts, and addendums according to templates and corporate guidelines 
•Cost accounting for assigned projects according to corporate guidelines, including accruals and reporting to commercial group leader 
•Quarterly forecasting of projects’ performance and results in cooperation with project manager and technical controller; analysis, monitoring, and reporting of project budgets, costs, and revenues; preparation of commercial and financial reports for management 
•Verification of compliance with internal procedures and applicable legislation (for commercial project activities) 
•Preparation of commercial correspondence to clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other partners
