We're looking for a VIP Operations Manager for Viva Games, a company from the online gambling industry.
The main mission is to create long-term relationships with top-tier players by maximizing their engagement and lifetime value, while ensuring a premium experience, anticipating our client’s needs and ensuring continuous improvements in client satisfaction.
The role is on-site from the HQ in Floreasca area, District 1.
Work schedule: M-F 9-6 p.m.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing VIP client relationships in the online gaming industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and developing staff.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and resolve client issues
professionally.
• A proactive, client-focused approach, with an emphasis on creating personalized, high-quality experiences.
• Advanced computer skills: MS Access, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the VIP team, supervise and mentor Account Managers, ensuring they meet performance goals.
• Oversee the day-to-day tasks of the VIP team, ensure workflow is efficient, and monitor key performance indicators (KPls).
• Oversee the management of VIP accounts, ensuring personalized and proactive service.
• Build strong relationships, address and resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively.
• Create and execute a comprehensive VIP service strategy aligned with company goals.
• Analyze VIP client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing team to enhance the overall VIP offering and segmentation.
• Monitor and report on team performance and client satisfaction metrics.
• Continuously assess and refine processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Provide weekly reports on team performance, market trends, and key insights to senior management.
