Ideal Profile

University degree in technical area;
Previous experience on a similar role or in industrial/maintenance area;
Written and spoken English language;

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinates the team and the activities in the utilities department ensuring compliance with applicable
legislative requirements;
Monitoring the consumption of materials and operational parameters, and establishing corrective measures in case of improper functioning of cooling towers, air compressors, and boilers
The preparation and transmission to the supply service of the necessary materials for the operation of all
facilities in the utilities department;
Establish corrective and preventive measures in case of non-compliance findings, followed by their implementation;
The adjustment of the parameters of the treatment plant follows in order to maintain the quality of the treated water according to the standards set by the company and the applicable laws
Monitor the water consumption in all departments;
He is responsible for the record of the deadlines for inspection, testing and trials of the equipment, according to regulations, planning the work for extending the operating licenses of the equipment, and orders to the control authorities;
Compliance with the designed operational parameters of machines and installation;
Follow the daily repair plans, emergency plans, and planned annual repairs, and monitor their execution.
Involvement in investment projects;
Participation in the organization and execution of urgent and/or emergency works;
Perform any other tasks, within the limits of professional and activity competencies, from the area of responsibility requested by the hierarchical superior.
