ManpowerGroup Romania is recruiting on behalf of an important client in the insurance industry for a CASCO Underwriter Specialist position.

Location: Bucharest

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to risk assessment, portfolio development, and the continuous improvement of underwriting processes within a dynamic and professional environment.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in CASCO/Motor Insurance Underwriting;
Good understanding of insurance legislation, ASF regulations, and motor insurance market practices;
University degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Intermediate level of English;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:
Evaluate and underwrite CASCO risks in line with company policies and underwriting guidelines;
Prepare insurance quotations and determine appropriate risk acceptance terms and conditions;
Monitor policy renewals and contribute to portfolio performance management;
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and business partners to address underwriting requests and provide tailored solutions;
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of CASCO products and underwriting practices.
