Treasury Accountant
We are seeking a new Treasury Accountant! In this role, you'll take charge of preparing payments, closely monitoring bank statement reconciliation, and ensuring absolute accuracy and precision throughout the process. Join our team and make a valuable impact!
What you’ll have to do:
Payment Management:
✅Efficient processing of payments to partners in the Marketplace area in accordance with contractual terms;
✅Verification and reconciliation of financial transactions to ensure payment accuracy;
✅Processing of return payments for eMAG, Fashion Days, and Freshful customers;
Relationship with Banks:
✅Maintaining a close relationship with partner banking institutions;
✅Monitoring and managing bank accounts to ensure optimal liquidity;
✅Acting as the point of contact with banks for the opening of new bank accounts, granting rights, and managing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process;
Audit Support:
✅Collaboration with external and internal auditors, preparation of requested documents, and explanations;
✅Preparation of documents and provision of information during audits.
Financial Reporting:
✅Preparation of periodic financial reports and providing them to the management;
✅Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations in force.
Budget Monitoring:
✅Involve in the budgeting process and monitoring its implementation;
✅Identification of significant deviations and proposing solutions to align with financial objectives.
Financing Support:
✅Recording loan contracts for companies within the group, bank and intercompany;
✅Monitoring the company's cost of borrowing;
✅Maintaining schedules related to loan contracts;
✅Reconciliation of interest-related Intra-Group Loan Contracts (ICO).
