To expand our team in Oradea (RO), we are looking for
a Transport Agent for domestic and international shipments (m/f)

Requirements:

Passion in the transportation and international forwarding sector, a minimum experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence
Structured and autonomous way of working
Ability to work in a team, determination and motivated to achieve goals
Good knowledge of the English language, other foreign language skills are a plus

Core activities:

Organisation of international FTL shipments throughout Europe
Acquisition, registration and processing of transport orders
Truck dispatching on agency basis
Coordination and supervision of the entire transport chain
Direct contact with clients and hauliers
Handling of customers' requests regarding the status of deliveries
Managing complaints and disputes
Transport document management
