Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or operational role;
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail;
- Ability to apply, understand, and follow procedures;
- Good priority and deadline management in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with file and case management;
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office tools;
- Customer-oriented, practical, and solution-focused mindset;
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication;
- Team player with a professional and discreet attitude;
- Professional proficiency in French and English (written & spoken).

- Manage, review, and validate technicians’ timesheet entries;
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined procedures;
- Perform administrative checks and corrections related to timesheet data;
- Handle timesheet-related cases and documentation;
- Identify inconsistencies or exceptional situations and escalate when needed;
- Provide clear follow-up on timesheet issues;
- Communicate professionally via email, phone, portals, and ticketing tools.
