Candidatul Ideal
As a test engineer role, the individual will be expected to work with the test team to establish best practices and mentor junior testers. This will also involve establishing new test processes and procedures, write test cases, and help drive the test strategy.
Looking for someone who is a very good communicator and a team player. Not afraid to take ownership and flexible enough to cope with a high demand fast moving environment. To work with developers, plus customer support teams, service desk teams, and all major stakeholders to understand test requirements and risks.

Requirements & Required Skills
Understanding of web technologies
Proficiency in testing tools
Database experience
Mobile Testing
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Experience in various testing disciplines.
Knowledge of various testing methodologies.
STQB Agile Tester Certification or equivalent
Knowledge/Experience of automation and manual testing of telecoms or similar technologies
Knowledge/Experience of web-based testing.
Good understanding of SW Test Standards (ISO/IEC 29119:2022)
Good Communicator
Team player
Some development coding/scripting knowledge

Responsibilities
Become an integral member of the ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︀team building the test teams capabilities and improving the quality of work and effectiveness.
Manage the backlog and sprint planning alongside other software engineers, senior leadership, and key customer stakeholders.
Be an advocate for test best practices.
Collaborate with customer and business stakeholders at a technical level.
You should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and take complete ownership of the life cycle of features - concept, development, testing, deployment, and support.
