  • Experience of working with tenders desired
  • Previous experience in administrative job will be an advantage
  • Trained & and having experience with SICAP system is an advantage ( SICAP is Tender online platform )
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Fluency in English (spoken, written)
  • High attention to detail
  • Hard-working , committed to reach annual key objectives , self-driven
  • Team player with very good communication skills, fast learner, ethical behaviour

About the Role
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics.
  • Conducts research and performs competitive pricing analysis.
  • Monitors ongoing competitive environment to ensure practices do not adversely impact company reputation or customer satisfaction.
  • Partners with Sales/Marketing, Business Development and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Evaluates opportunities to monetize products offered initially at little to no cost or to create upsell opportunities as products are repositioned in the marketplace.
  • Projects impact of pricing changes, individual promotions and rebate programs on revenue.
  • Creates/administers pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.
  • Be responsible for communication with customer acquisition departments
  • Give support for the entire tender process to Associate Tender Manager like tender database, competition prices, collecting data for tender weekly report, organise the translation process for brochures, back up for Associate Tender Manager, preparing documents for tender applications and answering all the clarifications received through the system
Office Administration:
  • Office supplies, waste management, covering maintenance needs for the office
  • Communicating with the suppliers and organising the repairs
  • Communicating with the landlord
  • Managing visitors and meetings
  • Annual leave tracker for entire team
  • Direct communication with Country Manager related to any specific Office Administration topics
