​If you live in Bucharest you will work from our office in Bucharest, and if you live in other cities from Romania, you will work from your home, in your city (homebased).

You will have:

  • Fluency or even native in Estonian or Lithuanian languages at conversational level
  • English speaking skills too because the company spoken language is English
  • Some experience of 6 months or 1 year in Telesales or Telemarketing is a big plus
  • Consultative sales skills, negotiation skills and persuasiveness
  • Enjoy talking to people and help them to solve their problems and concerns
  • A professional communication and excellent customer care skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with basic PC skills


You will be:
  • A mature person in order to deal effectively with all kind of people of different ages and different cultures
  • Highly reliable, willing to learn and acquire new skills
  • The right candidate for this position is an individual that can communicate in a friendly, conversational manner. Superior listening skills are equally important.

We’re currently looking for Estonian or Lituanian speakers Agents for working at a multilingual Call-Center team for the Romanian office in Bucharest.
If you live in Bucharest you will work from our office, and if you live abroad you will work from home (homebased). Outbound calls (telesales of cosmetics products) per online orders of the customers (not cold calling).​

You will:
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Promptly contact the customers to inform them about a products using scripts and arrange up-sale
  • Improve the quality of work, improve the script and work with objections
  • Provide to the customers detailed information regarding the products of the company and answer the questions of them
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Arrange working schedule in accordance with the Team Leader directions
  • Constantly work on the improvement of key performance indicators of you and the entire team
  • Carefully enter customer information in the database (CRM)
  • Place the order to the warehouse and company delivery system
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
