Tehnician Electromecanic

• Studii medii, preferabil profil tehnic.
• Experienta de minimum 5 ani in intretinerea si dezvoltarea echipamentelor de productie.
• Cunostinte tehnice in domeniul electric, electromecanic, pneumatic sau automatizare constituie avantaj.
• Abilitati bune de analiza, organizare si luare a deciziilor, atitudine proactiva.
• Abilitati bune de comunicare si relationare.
• Cunostinte de desen tehnic si verificare dimensionala constituie avantaj.
• Cunostinte medii de limba engleza.
• Cunostinte medii de utilizare PC (MS Office, e-mail, internet)

• Pregateste componentele si reperele ce urmeaza a fi asamblate sau prelucrate pe centre CNC, in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru si comenzile de productie, si efectueaza operatiunile de asamblare.
• Asigura stocurile necesare de materie prima, scule si consumabile, precum si acuratetea inregistrarii acestora in sistemul informatic.
• Gestioneaza starea echipamentelor, instrumentelor de lucru, de masura si control si informeaza supervizorul direct asupra eventualelor probleme.
• Verifica produsele dupa prelucrare din punct de vedere calitativ, identifica produsele neconforme si emite fise de neconformitate in sistemul informatic.
• Participa la elaborarea si imbunatatirea dispozitivelor de lucru, procedurilor standard si proceselor, utilizand cunostinte de automatizare.
• Contribuie la realizarea documentatiei tehnice si ofera suport pentru obtinerea certificarilor necesare.
• Colaboreaza cu echipele de Productie, Mentenanta, Automatizari si cu departamentele globale (GEC, APEC) pentru dezvoltarea si imbunatatirea echipamentelor si proceselor.
• Monitorizeaza respectarea indicatorilor de performanta (KPI), asigura calitatea produselor si serviciilor si respectarea termenelor limita.
• Respecta procedurile Sistemului de Management al Calitatii ISO 9001 si contribuie la imbunatatirea continua a activitatii.
• Sustine implementarea planului strategic si indeplineste sarcinile primite de la superiorii directi, in conformitate cu responsabilitatile postului si legislatia aplicabila.
