We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist with German with excellent digital skills, for our awesome office in Sibiu, Romania.
What you will do
- Receive and handle the Operators’ requests by emails, chats, and phone calls
- Advise and consult our B2B customers to master the use of our SaaS
- Process and document the Operator experience
- Contribute to the development of the internal and external knowledge base
- Document resolutions and technical advances in the internal knowledge base
