- Enter and maintain relevant data in the IT system.
- Record all materials used on the construction sites.
- Respond to inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
- Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
