Candidatul Ideal
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs and pronounced PC and IT affinity.
- Excellent communication skills, intermediate English, avanced German, both verbally and written.
- Knowledge of site plans/geoportals and handling complex programs like graphics programs would be a plus.
- Quick learner and very high willingness to learn.
- Analytical thinking and independent work.
- Team orientation and reliability.

- Handling technical support cases through our system.
- Enter and maintain relevant data in the IT system.
- Record all materials used on the construction sites.
- Respond to inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
- Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Enter and maintain relevant data in the IT system.
