  • Bachelor degree in technical field relevant to IT industry or economy, business administration
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managerial position
  • Proficient with office software
  • Technical knowledge is a plus (PHP, MySQL)

  • Good communication, strong organizational and planning skills
  • Good reporting skills (send weekly/monthly reports to management & stakeholders)

Job Summary:

  • The Manager is responsible for building and supporting SD teams consisting of highly motivated individuals in their pursuit of excellence.
  • The Manager is a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in similar managerial positions. Manager must possess exceptional management and people skills; the ability to engage and motivate staff.
  • Manages personnel activities of staff (i.e., hires, mentors, trains, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends termination as necessary).
  • Manages all new employees in term of onboarding till exit respecting company policies ( making sure all relevant infrastructure and equipment is in place )
  • Provides direct team leadership and coaching to a support team charged with designing, deploying and managing key operations.
  • Expected to lead by example and have a deep commitment to both exemplary technical and operational support.
  • Works cross functionally with other TL/Managers from REI or from other companies from our group, and works on business issues that affect and improve REI as a company, in addition to their team’s objectives
  • Position will report directly to CEO and group CTO

  • Plans directs and controls the development and assigning of work among team, and leads SD dept. providing support and direction.
  • Develops and establishes departmental standards and procedures.
  • Drives changes in procedures, systems or processes that would increase productivity and better serve customer requirements.
  • Monitors and maintains quality control standards.
  • The Manager seeks out new strategic solutions in an effort to improve SD dep. performance.
  • Oversees team operations and reports to senior leadership.
  • Oversees adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Interacts with senior internal and external personnel.
  • Provides strategic leadership and direction for the technical support for employees or any other group member
  • Oversees relevant SD dept. office maintenance ( specific supplies, equipment, technical accessories ) and keeps in touch with other stakeholders to make sure there is no activity deficit
  • Strategically analyzes technical and operational processes, business procedures and performs assessments for identifying opportunities for technical improvements and value add to the customer/clients.
  • Experience in handling multiple tasks, and able to prioritize and highly varied work level in order to maintain required productivity levels.
