Candidatul ideal

  • Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Cisco Call manager, ITSM, Windows, IOS, Laptop, Mobile Device;
  • Strong working knowledge and previous experience configuring and administering Windows services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies;
  • Strong working knowledge and previous experience configuring and administering Cisco applications like Cisco Jabber, creating and setting up new accounts for Cisco Jabber; administrate Cisco Groups, setting up different rules and maintaining accounts;
  • Knowledge of Identity Access Management solutions;
  • Problem resolution including root cause analysis;
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team.

Descrierea jobului

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email;
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs;
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information;
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation;
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs;
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time;
  • Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
