Location: The preferred cities for candidates are: Alba, Mureș, Bistrița, Suceava, Botoșani, Iași, Vaslui, Covasna, Harghita, Vrancea, Galați.
The role will operate within the north‑eastern region of Romania.
Main Purpose of the Job:
Identify key large-scale end users in the Plumbing trade and facilitate their conversion to the brand through cold calling, joint sales calls with distributors, product demonstrations, and technical support. The role focuses on developing repeat and incremental business, strengthening long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable sales growth across Romania.
Job Profile:
Plan and manage your personal customer portfolio in line with the business strategy and agreed goals and objectives.
Identify and target key large-scale end users in the Plumbing / Drain Cleaning industry.
Conduct cold calls and joint sales visits together with distributors or on behalf of distributors.
Demonstrate the full range of power tools and accessories to existing and new specialist end users.
Convert key contractors and end users to the brand through professional demonstrations and consultative selling.
Provide efficient solutions and technical support for the innovative range of products and services.
Train and educate end users on product performance advantages and safe usage practices.
Ensure continuous promotion of all products and services through regular contact with existing customers and prospects.
Follow up on leads and identify new business development opportunities.
Set relevant call objectives in CRM and plan structured follow-up actions to further develop and penetrate accounts.
Update CRM on a daily basis, maintaining detailed and accurate customer and market information.
Maintain a high level of product, trade, and application knowledge at all times.
Monitor, analyze, and report market trends and competitor activities.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
Carry out additional ad-hoc duties as required by the Line Manager.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience with proven achievement of targets, with a strong focus on end-user and commercial sales.
Experience or solid knowledge of the Plumbing industry, ideally related to tools and services.
Technical expertise in outdoor products.
Practically minded, with strong technical aptitude and willingness to continuously learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.
Strong motivation to build a long-term career within a forward-thinking organization.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
Strong IT skills, including CRM systems, MS Office, PowerPoint, and internet-based tools.
Very good planning and time management abilities.
Outgoing, likeable personality with the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving and growing team.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to recognize and act on new business opportunities.
Willingness to work away from home when required and occasionally during weekends (agreed in advance).
Clean driving license.
English level: B2/C1.
