Requirements
• Successful track record in managing people and business; 3+ years people management experience
• Experience in a similar industry (IT&C, telecom, banking, insurance)
• Communication skills in global environment
• Ability to initiate and build good working relationships
• Knowledge of budget planning and controlling
• Knowledge / familiarity of product(s) / technology(s) is an advantage
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus

• Coordinate Technical Support Engineers team
• Ensure consistency in operational planning and execution
• Conduct regular business reviews with all EMEA teams

• Train and coach staff in all relevant process
