Team Leader: L1-Customer Service Department (GER/FR/IT&ENG) in Cluj-Napoca
MUST-HAVES:
  • Availability to work between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EEST, Monday - Friday
  • Leadership experience in managing customer support teams or project teams
  • Trouble-shooting experience with VoiP/Cloud PBX systems / cloud telephony technology
  • Knowledge about networking including Firewalls & Proxy servers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in one of German, French or Italian, plus English
  • Very good customer management, ability to understand customer needs and propose solutions that are balancing customer requirements with internal controls and team efficiency
  • Able to operate effectively within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Strong interpersonal techniques - is positive, pleasant, respectful and customer-focused
  • Proactive and highly organized, able to work to deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize and re-prioritize workload as needed, in line with business requirements
  • Proactive and highly motivated person with very good people management skills
  • Being a role – model
NICE-TO-HAVES:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent degree/experience preferred
  • 5 years of demonstrated customer service-oriented experience

ABOUT THE JOB:
Lead and manage a department of Technical L1/Customer Service Representatives that:

  • Resolve problems and answer queries by telephone and web portal
  • Diagnose, identify, isolate and analyze problems utilizing technical knowledge, historical incident records, and knowledge base
  • Record, maintain and update customer support incidents
  • Escalate more involved problems to the appropriate Tier 2 team
  • Are temporarily working remotely due to COVID-19.
