Key responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Build & manage talent pools
  • Perform employer branding activities: presence on social media, participation at job fairs, open days etc.
  • Track and manage KPIs & reports
  • Deliver training to hiring managers or other key colleagues when needed
  • Perform other HR-related tasks

Essential requirements
  • Experience in managing end to end recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in English (French is a plus)
  • Experience in HR-related activities is a plus
