Position Summary
The Tactical Sourcing Specialist is an operational role within the Procurement function, reporting to the Tactical Sourcing Team Leader. The position is responsible for executing sourcing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures while driving cost efficiency and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end sourcing activities and tenders in line with company procurement policies and strategies.
Receive and review procurement requests from internal stakeholders; prepare and execute sourcing packages (RFx documentation, timelines, selection criteria, supplier lists, evaluation process).
Lead negotiations with suppliers using tailored tactics to achieve cost-effective outcomes while ensuring quality and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) across assigned categories in alignment with category strategies.
Manage supplier escalations, ensuring timely resolution and sustainable improvements.
Oversee contract lifecycle management: draft, review, and monitor agreements (Master Agreements, Service Contracts, etc.) in collaboration with Legal.
Proactively track expiring contracts and initiate re-negotiations ahead of deadlines.
Collaborate closely with internal departments across the NEPI Rockcastle Group to understand business needs and improve stakeholder satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive performance and innovation.
