- Experience in customer support, call center, or client-facing roles
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and workflow management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ticketing/workflow tools
- Background in planning, scheduling, transport, or technical environments (preferred)

As a TaaS Control Tower Analyst with German, you help keep Goodyear’s connected fleets running smoothly. By monitoring alerts, coordinating services, and supporting daily operations, you ensure efficient workflows, quality service, and a strong customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor fleet alerts and service workflows within the GMC platform
- Coordinate with fleets and service partners to ensure timely actions
- Approve or reject service jobs based on data accuracy and requests
- Plan and confirm vehicle availability for scheduled interventions
- Track, follow up, and resolve delayed or incomplete service jobs
- Arrange breakdown and roadside assistance with internal/external teams
- Provide L1 technical support and remote diagnostics for telematics units
