Candidatul Ideal
- English and German - minimum B2 level;
- Minimum educational qualification: Baccalaureate diploma;
- 3-12 months of experience with electronic Certificates of Origin, customs, trade compliance, international trade operations etc.;
- Training or certification in customs / foreign trade (e.g. Chamber of Commerce);
- Very structured, accurate and detail-oriented working style;
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness.

- Preparation, review, and administration of Certificates of Origin (Chamber of Commerce / electronic CO) and Long-Term Supplier Declarations (LTSD/LLE);
- Determination and documentation of preferential and non-preferential origin;
- Communication with suppliers to obtain, validate, and update supplier declaration;
- Support during customs and trade compliance audits;
- Application and monitoring of Free Trade Agreements;
- Ensuring compliance with current customs and foreign trade regulations.
