- Minimum 2 years of experience in running and managing IT Operations primarily on systems domain
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- User management/ email management/ group policies management/ windows scripting/ automation
- Exposure to LAN/ WAN and good understanding on managing basic troubleshooting
- Had managed large scale ODCs / global multi site / multi technology hybrid mission critical networks - Data / Voice / Video technologies
- Good understanding of Network layer Protocols
- Had worked in 24x7 support environment and works comfortably in Global teams.
- Experience in Service Delivery and managing SLA's
- ITIL Foundation / PMP / ISO 270001 - Certifications preferred
- Assess and diagnose escalated problems. Root cause analysis;
- Provide quick work around to resolve;
- Identify potential problems through proactive measures and do a Trend analysis of those incidents;
- Hand on experience on Cisco network devices, firewall solution;
- Able to interact with the external client and troubleshoot network connectivity issues;
- Ensure maximum uptime of all servers and systems including the exchange mailing platform;
- Maintenance of more than one segregated windows domain;
- Support full operations from systems perspective by ensuring user management/ email management/ group policies management/ windows scripting/ automation;
- Ensure patch updates/ antivirus updates/ backups are being followed religiously;
- Provide technical solutions as per requirements of clients/customers;
- Work closely with Information Security Group for ensuring all security parameters are in place;
- Should be able to manage team of in sourced/out sourced employees;
- Coordinate with telecom and network service provider on timely execution of various telecom and network projects;
