Descrierea jobului

Your Role
Organization – accurately record, track, and document customer requests.
Monitor and respond to inbound service requests.
Providing assistance and guidance to customers.
Training end-users on ERP functionalities and opperations.
Resolving logged errors in a timely manner according to the importance matrix of support incidents.
Performing diagnostic tests on operational issues of customers.
Consulting with the team and other departments as required.
Contribute to our growing knowledge network - a resource of answers to improve resolution for customers and the team.
