Supply Chain Management Internship

As part of the supply chain team, the intern will assist in various supply chain activities to support the organization's logistics, procurement, and inventory management processes. Furthermore, he will contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives in supply chain operations.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
* Assisting in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment orders;
* Assisting in analyzing demand forecasts and inventory trends to find opportunities for inventory optimization;
* Providing administrative support, such as data entry, file organization, and report generation, to support the smooth operation of the supply chain function;
* Supporting the implementation of supply chain improvement projects, such as process standardization and development of work instructions;
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Sales, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with organizational goals and objectives;
* Contributing ideas and suggestions for process improvements and efficiency enhancements to optimize supply chain operations.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
* High school diploma;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities;
* Good level of English - written and spoken.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
* Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (technical/economical);
* Knowledge of German or any other European language is an advantage;
* Familiarity with supply chain management;
* Desire to be proactive and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
