Candidatul Ideal

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 2 years of experience on personnel administration;
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian Labour Law/ Labour Code;
  • Advanced level of Excel;
  • English –Intermediate;
  • Attention to details;
  • Highly organized person;
  • Organizing & prioritizing skills;
  • Highly reliable and able to deal with confidential information in secure manner.

  • Organize and maintain personnel records;
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave);
  • Update REVISAL/REGES whenever necessary as well as all internal HR tools;
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides;
  • Liaise with external partners;
  • Manage activities related to occupational health and labor medicine appointment for new employees;
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues;
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days etc.);
  • Support in case of audits and controls of authorities;
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event);
  • Respond to all employees requests for various HR documents in a timely manner;
  • Coordinate with the rest of HR team;
  • All other duties as assigned.
