2-year fixed-term contract to replace an employee who is going on maternity leave.

What you will bring with you

• Honest, involved, attentive to details, willing to assert himself, adaptable, open to a flexible schedule (office and remote), with communication skills, distributive attention, time management ability, diplomacy.
• Orientation towards the requirements of the manager but also of the other people who enter into collaboration with the company.
• To have a decent attitude and appropriate language.
• Very good knowledge of Office, Internet.
• Foreign languages: English - very well written/spoken
• Functional relations with all company employees.

• Assisting and supporting the sales department and the sales manager, participating in the organization, coordination and implementation of work tasks.
• Help communication with stores (FressNews Workbook Info): preparing and sending the communication tools;
• Costumer compliance (customer book, e-mail, Facebook, phone);
• Administrative tasks regarding to store openings and renovations. Ordering fast rotating assets;
• Organizing meetings, booking flight tickets, accommodations, trainings;
• Helping the sales trainer to creating personal accounts and trainings materials;

• Assisting and supporting the sales department and the sales manager, participating in the organization, coordination and implementation of work tasks.
• Help communication with stores (FressNews Workbook Info): preparing and sending the communication tools;
