🧭 About the Role
As Purchase Dispatcher, you will play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted material supply for production activities within our greenfield manufacturing site.
You will be responsible for managing the ordering, tracking, and availability of purchased parts and raw materials, ensuring optimal stock levels and on-time deliveries. Acting as a central link between suppliers and internal departments, you will contribute directly to operational continuity, cost efficiency, and production performance.
🔹 Essential Requirements
- Higher education or relevant commercial qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or order management.
- Experience working independently with purchase orders and delivery tracking in an ERP system (SAP is an advantage).
- Confident business English (written and spoken) – able to communicate directly with international suppliers and participate in training abroad.
- Excel skills (formulas, tracking, operational reporting).
- Good understanding of stock management and supply continuity principles.
- Independent handling of supplier communication, delivery clarification, and complaint follow-up.
- Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic greenfield/start-up environment.

- Ensure uninterrupted material supply for production by managing the disposition of purchased parts and materials.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain target inventory ranges for raw materials.
- Process and optimize purchase orders, track deliveries, and update delivery dates in SAP/ERP systems.
- Monitor goods receipt, clarify delivery issues, and manage supplier complaints when necessary.
- Maintain close communication with suppliers and relevant internal departments (production, logistics, finance).
- Support additional operational tasks such as ERP customer order management and complaint handling, as required.
