Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil construction or related field;
- Over 1 year of experience in construction site works, preferably in hospital or healthcare projects;
- Good knowlegde in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools;
- Good command of English or Turkish and Romanian (written and spoken);
- Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilities:
- Supervise the works on site to ensure compliance with design, specifications, standards, and safety regulations;
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and workers to plan and execute site works;
- Monitor progress of the works and ensure adherence to project schedule;
- Checking technical drawings to ensure they are correctly followed;
- Ensuring project packages meet the agreed specifications
- Prepareing progress reports;
- Maintain proper documentation and records of site activities.
