• Fluent English with excellent communication skills

• Computer literate; you will be trained in using our internal software and tools but you will also be required to learn about and work with different systems

• Identification and analysis of infringing content online
• Using our proprietary software and tools to process removal of infringements
• Performing quality control checks and completion of regular daily tasks
• Assisting with ad hoc project work and new initiatives
• Identify and respond to problems as they appear
• Email customer support
